POSITION OVERVIEW :

As a Product Trainer at Opiniion, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients and internal teams are proficient in utilizing our property management software. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive training programs to both new and existing clients, as well as internal team members. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the success and continuous improvement of Opiniion's products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• All New and Existing Client Product Training :

Conduct thorough product training sessions for new and existing clients to ensure optimal utilization of Opiniion's property management software.

Provide comprehensive product training for new team members, including Sales, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Onboarding specialists.

Deliver industry-specific training to new team members, ensuring a deep understanding of property management trends, challenges, and best practices.

Regularly update and maintain Opiniion's knowledge base with the latest product features, functionalities, and training materials.

Continuously deepen your knowledge of Opiniion's property management software to become the go-to expert within the organization.

Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable insights and feedback based on client and team training experiences.

Conduct retrospective team training for the Opiniion team on new product releases and updates.
