Base pay range : $164,000.00 / yr - $246,000.00 / yr

FloQast is recruiting for a Senior Product Manager, Platform. You will own the vision, strategy, and evolution of our enterprise-grade platform, building the scalable foundation that enables application teams to innovate quickly and meet the needs of our largest customers. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to shape the future of our AI-powered Accounting Transformation Platform.

What You'll Do

Define and Drive Platform Strategy : Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform components, including shared services, APIs, and foundational user & admin experiences. Partner with senior Product and Engineering leadership to align platform investments with company goals and the long-term vision.

Enable Product Innovation : Serve as a key partner to application-focused Product and Engineering teams, identifying and prioritizing shared services that create leverage and reduce time-to-market.

Serve Enterprise Customers : Understand the needs of the largest and most demanding customers; translate requirements into detailed technical specifications and a prioritized roadmap to ensure the platform handles complex data and workflows.

Lead with Technical & Customer Expertise : Guide the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborate with Engineering on long-term technical investments, and work with Design on user-friendly experiences shared across applications (including admin personas).

Influence and Evangelize : Champion the platform roadmap, build internal buy-in, support Enterprise sales, and enable strategic and ecosystem partners to leverage the platform capabilities.

What You'll Bring

5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in platform, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS API products, with a track record of launching core platform capabilities.

Strong technical fluency with hands-on experience in software development or systems architecture; able to dive into APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data models.

Experience building products that scale to large enterprise customers.

Strategic mindset for defining and prioritizing a platform roadmap aligned with company goals while balancing internal and external needs.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to partner with engineering, design, and senior leadership; able to articulate complex topics and build buy-in.

This job posting states the base pay range as $164,000 - $246,000. Compensation includes Total Rewards and a benefits package (medical, dental, vision, family-forming benefits, life & disability insurance, unlimited vacation, etc.). FloQast reserves the right to amend pay ranges and benefits offerings. The actual pay is determined based on qualifications and interview performance.
