Job Description :
- Investigation and documentation of clients’ and prospective clients specific needs and organizational requirements
- Development of recommendations based on information gathered in investigation of clients’ specific needs and the features, functionality and capabilities of the software and or services
- Preparation of proposals, quotes,and various other sales documents for clients and internal staff
- Preparation and designing of presentations for clients
- Presentation of products to clients
- Develop and maintain customer relationships for territory
- The Solutions Architect will act as the point of contact between organization and prospective clients
- Achievement of sales goals for territory
Skills and Experience :
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Innovative and able to think on their feet
- Knowledge of employee related software systems (HR / Payroll / Time & Attendance)
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to make compelling presentations
- Good understanding of business processes
- Must be detail oriented and have ability to document sales process
Education :
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’ Degree in sales or marketing or any related business field is desired or Certifications for Human Resources or Payroll
Experience :
- Minimum of 2 years in Sales role desired
- Payroll or Human Resources experience desired
