Requirements and qualifications include :
- 4 year degree
- Previous experience in education, management, customer service, or sales preferred
- Enthusiastic, outgoing and team oriented personality
- Must demonstrate care and compassion towards children
- Motivated to take the initiative to ensure that a student’s time at Huntington is memorable
- Confident and flexible demeanor
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of self motivation
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the ability to :
- Hire, train, manage, motivate, observe and evaluate part-time teachers
- Conduct teacher meetings
- Supervise instruction; insure effectiveness, accuracy, thoroughness, and competency of all instruction
- Instruct students
- Monitor and reprogram student instructional plans and maintain student permanent folders
- Create and maintain student and teacher schedules
- Maintain student attendance records
- Manage and input teacher daily time sheets, and monitor payroll costs
- Administer, correct and write up student academic evaluations
- Prep initial and interim parent conferences
- Conduct Initial Inquiries and Intakes as needed Interested in applying?
