ABOUT US

Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA), a subsidiary of Hyundai and Kia Motor Companies, provides premier IT services across North America. We are seeking Senior Accountant to join our team for a 5-days a week on-site role in our Fountain Valley, CA corporate office.

What will you be doing?

As a Senior Accountant II, you will be involved in a variety of responsibilities of accounting operations and reporting functions and other duties as assigned.

• Maintain General Ledger Integrity : Oversee chart of accounts, reconcile sub-ledgers, and ensure accurate journal entries and automated interfaces.
• Manage AP / AR and Close Processes : Handle full-cycle accounts payable / receivable and support month-end / year-end close including accruals.
• Ensure Compliance and Reporting : Assist with audits, tax filings (income, property, sales / use, 1099s), and government surveys.
• Support Technical Accounting Standards : Contribute to lease accounting (ASC 842) and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Implement Internal Controls : Maintain documentation and effectiveness of ICFR under Korean SOX; assist with ad-hoc reports and cross-functional projects.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Skills : bi-lingual in  Korean candidates are a plus.

Salary Range - $83,940 - $120,032
