Project Management Analyst

HII Mission Technologies is looking for a Project Management Analyst to work in Doral, FL. This role resides in SOUTHCOM and shall provide comprehensive support for strategy, planning, and policy development related to Security Cooperation (SC) in alignment with the National Defense Strategy and SOUTHCOM Campaign Plan.

Responsibilities include supporting the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) cycle, prioritizing and resourcing SC activities, and managing international program logistics. This role will assist with drafting policy documents, conducting mission analysis, and integrating initiatives such as Climate Resiliency and Women, Peace, and Security into SC activities. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with stakeholders to develop and execute SC cases, inputting data into management systems, tracking defense articles, and resolving supply discrepancies. This role will support monitoring and evaluation efforts, perform case reviews, and assess SC programs to ensure effectiveness, sustainability, and alignment with strategic objectives.
