Responsibilities

• Develop transformative managed services approaches integrating DevOps, SRE, and AI-powered automation
• Design non-linear commercial models and implement GenAI programs to enhance team productivity
• Lead delivery across multiple accounts
• Implement effective incident management; drive system performance improvements; and establish advanced monitoring and alerting capabilities
• Architect comprehensive automation strategies spanning service management, event correlation, and application performance management
• Design observability solutions for hybrid environments and implement AIOps strategies
• Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to clients
• Identify new service opportunities
• Develop differentiated solutions leveraging emerging technologies

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range : $170,000 - $273,000.
