Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles across the company, focusing on production, quality, packaging, security, and branding teams. This role plays a crucial part in sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent to support the company's rapid growth. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers, ensure a positive candidate experience, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes. This is a fully onsite position, with travel required for recruitment events and visits to company locations.

Please note this is a on-site Part Time position, between 30-32 hrs. a week.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Recruitment :

• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, focusing on filling high-demand roles such as production technicians, quality control inspectors, packaging associates, security guards, and brand ambassadors.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using online job boards, social media, industry networks, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet the company's aggressive hiring needs.
