A company is looking for a Renewal Manager / Account Manager to manage a portfolio of customers and drive renewals and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the end-to-end renewal and account lifecycle for enterprise and mid-market customers
Proactively engage customers to ensure timely contract renewals and identify growth opportunities
Negotiate renewal pricing and terms while collaborating with internal teams to maximize revenue
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably in a multinational environment
Experience with SaaS or technology-based products / services
Strong understanding of account management principles and retention strategies
Ability to analyze customer data and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution to maintain positive customer relationships
