Regional Automotive Technology Coordinator
The
Regional Automotive Technology Coordinator is responsible for supporting, implementing, and optimizing automotive technology solutions across dealership locations in the Arizona market and requires some travel. This role serves as a key liaison between dealership teams, vendors, and corporate leadership to ensure systems are effectively deployed, adopted, and continuously improved.
This position provides hands-on, in-person and virtual training to help dealership teams fully understand and utilize available technology. Through real-world walkthroughs and live system demonstrations, the role ensures users gain practical knowledge, confidence, and immediate value—driving efficiency, accuracy, and consistent adoption across daily operations.
The ideal candidate combines strong automotive operational knowledge with technical aptitude, training skills, and a passion for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate the installation, configuration, and training of Electronic Service Menus, Electronic Menu Analytics, Service Advisor Performance Reporting, and other automotive technology offerings
- Deliver on-site and virtual training to dealership personnel to ensure effective adoption and usage of technology solutions
- Manage all aspects of service menu development, deployment, training, and ongoing support to drive increased sales performance
- Provide customer-facing reporting and analytics documenting service menu usage, sales activity, and performance trends
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that support sales and process improvement initiatives
- Conduct training for additional technology offerings at dealership locations and through virtual platforms to enhance the overall sales process
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding technology performance, optimization, and best practices
