Job Overview / Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategist Brand (Health) to support marketing, research, and strategic initiatives across healthcare brands. The ideal candidate will leverage deep insights, strong analytical abilities, and creative thinking to develop brand strategies, customer journeys, competitive analyses, and insights that guide communication and positioning for both HCP and DTC markets.

Responsibilities :

Prioritize research objectives, recommend methodologies, and manage research logistics

Develop research proposals, screeners, and discussion guides

Analyze research findings, summarize insights, and identify strategic implications

Conduct category and competitive analyses, identifying trends and actionable recommendations across HCP and DTC landscapes

Create detailed customer journeys, identifying key pain points, behaviors, and attitudes

Generate insights to inform positioning, communication, and strategic direction

Develop positioning statements and understand core positioning fundamentals

Draft creative briefs and background briefing documents with guidance

Participate in creative review sessions, offering clear and constructive feedback

Prepare workshop proposals and materials, manage workshop logistics, and summarize outcomes

Identify research needs, generate customer insights, and contribute to pitch deck development

Primary Skills :

Market research (qualitative & quantitative)

Strategic planning and insight development

Customer journey mapping

Positioning and communication strategy

Competitive and category analysis

Secondary Skills (Good to Have) :

Workshop facilitation experience

Experience with branding or creative agencies

Familiarity with healthcare marketing trends

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in market research and strategic planning, preferably in the healthcare industry

Experience working with HCP and DTC audiences

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex data

Proven experience developing research materials (proposals, screeners, guides)

Ability to develop customer journeys and uncover insights from research

Experience writing positioning statements and creative briefs

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Highly collaborative and capable of working with cross-functional teams
