Christensen Heating & Cooling, Inc. has an exciting job opening for a Residential New Construction Installer. This position is Full-Time.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new residential construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications to determine optimal installation methods
- Collaborate with construction crews to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
- Test system components to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from homeowners
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Ability to have and maintain weekly Cal-Osha safety meetings to maintain a safe work environment (non union project)
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Installer
- Experience installing ductless mini split systems. Mitsubishi installation experience is a plus but not a requirement.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from the jobsites
- Have your own basic hand tools to complete the jobs
- Willing to train entry level installers and work well as a team
- Certification in HVAC installation preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
