Quality Assurance Compliance Analyst

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance & Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct audits of case files, billing, and service delivery for compliance with Medicaid waiver and DMAS regulations

Develop monitoring tools and identify compliance gaps, recommending corrective action plans

Prepare compliance reports and maintain organized records of audit results and activities

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or quality assurance in relevant fields

In-depth knowledge of DMAS Medicaid waiver regulations and provider manuals

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity

Willingness to pass a background check and provide professional references
