Project Manager Commercial
Our client is one of the most established and reputable general contractors in the Indianapolis construction market. Recently recognized as Indiana's General Contractor of the Year, they specialize in diverse commercial construction projects and generated over $500M in revenue last year. With continued growth ahead, they're seeking a Project Manager to join their team and build a long-term career within the organization.
Job Description
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of commercial and / or industrial construction projects.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and field staff.
Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction.
Proven ability to manage complex projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project).
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
