Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and team members to provide updates and resolve any issues. Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
