Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) has partnered with a growing organization to identify a Senior Accountant / Accounting Director to join their finance team. While internally titled Accounting Director , this opportunity is ideal for a strong Senior Accountant looking to step into a role with greater responsibility and visibility.

Competitive base salary of $90-115k plus benefits

Hybrid schedule : 2-3 days onsite, balance remote

High-visibility position with exposure to senior leadership

Responsibilities :

Oversee the monthly close process, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Partner with external auditors and support the audit process

Lead process improvement initiatives within the finance function

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)

4-5 years of public accounting experience, Big 4 strongly preferred

Solid technical accounting knowledge and GAAP expertise

Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
