We are looking for a highly skilled Site Superintendent to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple job sites, ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement site logistics plans to maximize efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and manage project documentation (RFIs, CCDs, bulletins, addendums).
• Monitor labor hours, equipment usage, and material deliveries with precision.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct on-site orientations to maintain a zero-incident environment.
• Supervise and support site teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain accurate schedules and deliverables.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Track budgets, monitor costs, and ensure timely invoice submissions.
• Coordinate inspections, procure blueprints, and oversee all phases of constructionfrom remodels to ground-up builds.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety standards and perform erosion control inspections.
• Manage third-party testing agencies as needed.
