Job description

A company is looking for a Proposal (RFP) and Sales Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the coordination and execution of the RFP process, ensuring timely and compelling submissions

Identify and source new RFP opportunities while maintaining a proactive calendar of deadlines

Collaborate on the development and maintenance of sales enablement resources and tools

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in RFP management, sales operations, or sales enablement in a B2B or healthcare setting

Experience with proposal automation or AI-supported tools

Exceptional organizational and project management skills

Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems like Salesforce and HubSpot

Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and collaboration
