Staff Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable cloud microservices and APIs

Collaborate with QA and DevOps to define testing processes and deployment strategies

Mentor engineers and conduct design reviews, providing technical guidance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience preferred

8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role

Proven experience building RESTful solutions with Java or C#, Docker, and SQL databases

Extensive experience developing software for cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Experience working in Agile environments with a focus on collaboration
