Human Resource Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing data entry, manual filing of personnel documents, and supporting the organization and maintenance of employee files. Additionally, you will assist in the implementation of a new file management system and ensure the secure digitization of paper files. Responsibilities include :

• Perform data entry and manual filing of personnel documents.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining employee files.
• Support the implementation of a new file management system.
• Scan and digitize paper files using secure systems.
• Utilize HR platforms, including UKG and potentially Costpoint.

Work environment :

This position offers flexible remote and in-office work options due to upcoming renovations. While we prefer Anchorage-based candidates for handling physical files, there is a flexible approach to work arrangements. Interviews are expected to take place next week with a quick start timeline.

This is a contract position based out of Anchorage, Alaska. Pay and benefits :

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
