Key Responsibilities

• Partner with journey owners and other business lines to build strong relationships and trust.
• Champion the member experience and align product goals with business priorities.
• Apply product management best practices to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Drive projects from vision through delivery while collaborating with technology and scrum teams.
• Conduct research, discovery, and analysis to identify foundational experience opportunities and value adds.
• Incorporate human-centered design and UX best practices into product development.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve digital capabilities and experiences.
• Manage multiple stakeholders effectively and ensure strong follow-through on deliverables.
