As a Premier Client Banker Sales Manager within PNC's Wealth Management organization, you will be based in any PNC office location. The location may not be included in the posting. Job Description

• Manages and directs a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals.
• Leads and coordinates the daily activities of team members engaged in customer and / or prospect management activities.
• Manages risk / return and drives quality for new and / or existing clients.
• Manages effective network of senior internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and / or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
• Develops team members while monitoring progress against individual goals.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $100,000.00 $190,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
