As an Accounting Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our financial operations, ensuring we can continue to deliver outstanding care to our patients and residents.

Responsibilities

As our Accounting Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our financial team, responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity in our daily transactions. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Recording and reconciling bank transactions and statements with the general ledger.
• Processing and reconciling resident trust accounts and monthly petty cash reports.
• Preparing and filing monthly sales and bed tax returns and payments.
• Assisting with monthly financial reports, outstanding checks, and special projects as needed.
• Communicating daily with our various locations to resolve questions.
