Job Description

We are seeking a Product Development Manager to oversee new and existing insurance product development for areas including Property, General Liability, Auto, Inland Marine, Crime, Farm, Business owners, and Professional Liability. Responsibilities include managing staff, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring products are competitive, compliant, and aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with teams in Actuarial, IT, Stat, Underwriting, and Claims throughout the product development cycle.
• Manage end-to-end product development, including enhancements and new product launches.
• Prioritize projects and oversee staff efforts.
• Coordinate with Compliance on regulatory matters affecting forms and rules.
• Develop team expertise and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Salary range : $109,400 - $122,300, based on experience and location.
