• $100k - $120 Base + 20% annual bonus

• Projects are local to the Chicago area - very minimal travel required

We are a rapidly growing national Construction and Facilities Management firm dedicated to supporting commercial real estate owners throughout the full lifecycle of their assets. From initial Due Diligence to final Disposition, we deliver expert General Contracting and Facilities Management Consulting services tailored to a wide range of asset classes.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onsite Construction Manager / Superintendent to oversee and manage day-to-day operations on our active construction renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising projects from commencement through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are strictly maintained. This candidate will have a strong background in residential renovation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and tasks across active job sites.
