Senior Accountant

Qualifications :

• 7 to 10 years' experience.
• Must be organized and detail oriented, possess a systems background, flexible, able to work independently, good oral and written communication skills, and have worked in a medium to large corporate environment.
• Public Accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Understands and is able to apply accounting concepts.
• Comfortable with and able to utilize computer technology Microsoft Excel (advanced) a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive and respond in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinking skills
• Superior working relationship skills - the ability to develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships.
• Change leadership - the ability to identify and implement change, complete projects and transformation-related programs across multiple organizations / functions, and the ability to lead a team through these changes.
• Experience with ERP ledgers systems is preferred (Oracle, Baan, SAP, JDE)
• CPA strongly preferred.
