Position Title – Warehouse Foreman

Description

The Warehouse Foreman is responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse operations, ensuring that materials, tools, and equipment are received, stored, and distributed efficiently to support field and project needs. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to maintain a safe, clean, and productive warehouse environment. The Warehouse Foreman will work closely with field leadership to maintain optimal inventory levels and uphold operations across all warehouse functions.

Responsibilities :

• Fill Orders for the field
• Receive orders and stock items in the Warehouse accordingly
• Monitor all inventory items going out and coming in
• Keep the Warehouse clean and organized at all times
• Work harmoniously, cooperatively, and courteously with others at all times.
• Follow directions and instructions from supervisors.
• Perform a variety of tasks and duties that may change often as the work conditions require.
• Work within defined standards of accuracy.
• Work in a variety of weather conditions, including temperatures over 85 degrees and below 40 degrees.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
