Engineering Manager, Deep Learning

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Deep Learning Inference to lead a high-performing engineering team focused on AI model deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor an engineering team in deep learning inference and GPU-accelerated software

Drive strategy and execution of inference frameworks engineering, focusing on SGLang

Oversee performance tuning and optimization of large-scale models for AI applications

Required Qualifications

MS, PhD, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical / Computer Engineering, or related field

6+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership or management

Strong background in C / C++ software design and development; proficiency in Python is a plus

Hands-on experience with GPU programming and performance optimization

Experience leading teams using Agile or collaborative software development practices
