Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in underground telecommunications or utility construction, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in underground construction techniques, including trenching, boring, and fiber optic installation.
• Certifications : OSHA 10 / 30, CDL (preferred), or other relevant certifications.
• Knowledge : Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations for underground utility work.
• Soft Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
