Join Our Team as a Property Management Officer at Meritus Medical Center! Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about safety and service? Meritus Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Property Management Officer to play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and security of patient and visitor belongings, as well as supporting our security operations team.

What You'll Do

As a Property Management Officer, you'll be at the heart of our security operations, ensuring smooth and secure handling of property and equipment. Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing patient and visitor property : Oversee intake, logging, and return of items with strict adherence to chain-of-custody protocols.
• Maintaining inventory logs : Track and document all equipment used by our security officers, including radios, ID scanners, and more.
• Supporting equipment readiness : Ensure all gear is functional and report issues promptly to the Director of Security.
• Assisting with material inventories : Help manage supplies like evidence bags and visitor ID labels.
• Responding to emergencies : Provide backup support for shift coverage and urgent security needs.
