Senior Administrative Assistant
We are assisting an expanding international company in hiring an Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to support and manage the daily operations of their US Corporate office and provide assistance to the leadership team. You will have diversity in your day while being an instrumental part of a growing team. Salary up to $75k a year, and excellent benefits!
Key
Manage daily office functions, including supply inventory, office equipment, and facilities coordination.
Provide support to senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing communications.
Support HR team in coordinating interviews, interview logistics, and being the main point of contact during the candidates interview experience.
Event planning - arranging offsite meetings (including hotel logistics, meals, welcome packages)
coordinate with IT for meeting set up (Zoom, etc)
Some Travel may be involved
Bachelor’s degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
