Area Sales Director - South

Oversee all sales function in the Area as relates to InterAx, H Series, TriAx, BX, GlasGrid, GlasPave and other assigned product sales revenue and gross margin. Define the required levels of promotional activities required by functional group (Area Engineer, Regional Sales Manager, et. al) for the Area. Collaborate with directors / VPs of allied business units to ensure goals and objectives are aligned company wide. Develop annual goals and strategic initiatives that are measurable and accountable. Develop and execute an annual business plan for the promotion and sale of Tensar Solutions. Partners with HR in giving guidance and direction to staff with regards to hiring, disciplinary action, development, goal formulation and performance reviews. Demonstrated proficiency in forecast methodologies. Prepare monthly reports for management related to individual detailer and over all team performance.
A minimum of five (5) years of distribution and business management experience within the construction products industry. Preferable experience will include Marketing and selling engineered solutions. Five to ten years of proven sales management experience. Experience in selling value added engineered solutions. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Or Industry experience equivalence.
