Brand Communications Manager
To oversee the shaping and execution of effective brand communications plans in NAM for the Running category, designed to reach brand KPIs, with full cooperation of the BU, global Comms and local cross-functional marketing teams.
Be a partner to the Director, Brand Communication in the planning of brand communication strategies to support key priorities across the Running business seasonally, laddering up to the annual category objectives.
Lead in the outlining of the strategic brand communications plans for marketing campaigns / priorities across Running seasonally, in partnership with larger category and comms teams and key cross-functional partners. Ownership of these plans includes the development of project tools such as calendars, GTM info decks or SharePoints, meetings, etc.
Responsible for the daily management of internal and external resources (agencies) related to campaign production, in partnership with wider team.
Maintain a deep understanding of the category business / sell-in and the target consumers in NAM in order to help inform planning decisions and drive NS.
Maintain close strategic ties with global category counterparts to inform global asset creation ensuring all local category needs are met.
Where necessary, drive or support the creation of local tool production to support WHSL marketing priorities while maintaining category integrity.
Maintain strong relationships and consistent communication with diverse cross-functional marketing teams to ensure a consistent and consumer-relevant message is brought to life in the NAM market across all key touchpoints.
Effectively manage supporting comms team with clear direction, delegation, advice and partnership.

Brand manager with significant marketing knowledge and experience in sport and / or fashion / lifestyle categories.
Fluent in English (writing and verbal)

Good at building relationships across a variety of levels
Strong negotiation skills
6 years + broad marketing experience across all areas
2 years+ experience managing communications in a leading sports / and or fashion brand environment
Degree educated preferably in a Marketing discipline
