Job description

Membership Consultant

Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading spa, fitness and leisure firm, is seeking part-time Membership Administrative Assistant at the Mayerson JCC of Cincinnati. This is a temporary position with an anticipated completion date of no later than 12 / 31 / 2025.

The Mayerson JCC connects people so that they can live happier and fuller lives, creating a more vibrant Jewish community. The JCC helps to foster social connections between its members and guests alike, bringing people together through a wide variety of programs and events. With an expansive fitness center, highly regarded early childhood and senior centers, top arts and cultural events, and classes for every age, the JCC connects, enriches, and inspires over 27,000 visitors per month. The JCC welcomes everyone, regardless of race, religion, or ability.

Compensation : Commensurate with experience starting at $15 / hour

Job Summary

The Membership Consultant Administrative Assistant is responsible for digitizing membership files. This is a temporary position with an expected completion date of no later than December 31

st

, 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review membership papers, and black out any sensitive information such as credit card numbers, bank account numbers and details, etc
  • Scan membership paperwork to specified location on specified secure server.
  • Rename all scanned files as per pre-determined naming convention so that all files are named in the same manner and are therefore easily found if needed.
  • Create digital folders for each household / membership, and place all digital files associated with the household / membership in the appropriate folder.
  • Notify supervisor of any concerns regarding individual membership files.
  • Expected 15-20 hours per week.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Attend required trainings and team meetings.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Some high school education
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Professional demeanor, appearance, and discretion.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, stooping, bending, and reaching.
  • Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
