Position Overview

Cardinale Automotive Group, a top-performing dealer group with over forty years of success, is looking for a dedicated Automotive Finance Manager. We prioritize building strong, lasting relationships through listening, caring, and understanding.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with financing options and present additional products to enhance their ownership experience.

Structure sales to maximize profitability.

Maintain necessary certifications and stay proficient in relevant procedures.

Desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.

Prepare contracts and paperwork, and deliver deals to customers.

Audit team deals post-sale for continuous improvement.

Guarantee timely funding of all contracts.

Qualifications

Desire to learn and improve

College degree or equivalent experience preferred

Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures

Ability to structure deals for maximum profitability

Understanding of title laws and registration processes

Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Valid driver's license
