Proactive Human Resources Professional needed in South New Jersey! We are looking to hire a resourceful and driven Human Resources Coordinator to work 100% on site, providing administrative support in execution of Human Resources Functions and support the effective and efficient operations of the organization. Responsibilities :
- Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to appropriately collect and file all required documents.
- Administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Conduct or assist with new hire orientation.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree requiredMinimum 3 years of human resources experience requiredExperience working with HRIS systems requiredSHRM-CP or PHR certification preferredMust have ability to maintain confidentiality; ensures that the firm complies with Federal and State laws and regulations.Note : Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of application.
