Key Responsibilities
Lead analytics for omni-channel marketing campaigns to optimize spend, targeting, and messaging
Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks for marketing initiatives
Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders at all levels
Required Qualifications
8 years of experience in analytics with a Bachelor's degree, 5 years with a Master's degree, or 2 years with a PhD
Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets and relational databases
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with experimentation and statistical analysis methods
Experience with Python or R for data analysis
