Job Summary : Provide general accounting support for the Record to Report Department. This position is located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Applicants must currently reside in the La Crosse area in order to be considered, as internships require year-round availability while attending school full time. Preferred candidates would have at two school years remaining. Hours are flexible, but student must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week during the school year and 40 hours per week with approved overtime during the summer and breaks.

Where is the work : This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

Responsibilities :

• Monthly journal entries
• Balance sheet account reconciliations
• General ledger account analysis
• Miscellaneous projects as required
• This may include exposure to all general accounting areas, including, billing, claims, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, costing, financial reporting and general ledger.
