What You’ll Do :

Provide support to individuals with mental health or substance use challenges in homes, schools, workplaces, and community settings

Focus on recovery, independence, and skill development (daily living, social, adaptation, anger management, and more)

Facilitate relationships between individuals, families, and community resources

Provide supportive counseling and case management functions

Collaborate with other clinical / professional staff to ensure quality care

What We’re Looking For :

Must meet Qualified Professional (QP) requirements :

Bachelor's in human services + 2 years of experience, OR

Bachelor’s (non-Human Services) + 4 years of experience, OR

Master’s degree or higher + 1 year of experience

Valid license, certificate, or registration as required by governing boards
