Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events , managing all logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions with exceptional attention to detail.
Prepare, edit, and review complex documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
Conduct in-depth research , gather and analyze data, and compile comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making and planning.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
Oversee budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting , ensuring compliance with organizational policies and accuracy in documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
