Senior Manager, Specialty Ethics & Compliance
Are you excited by the challenge of connecting business strategy with regulatory requirements while ensuring operational execution? As the Senior Manager, Specialty Ethics & Compliance you'll partner with Walmart's global Sourcing team as their dedicated compliance contact. This role blends strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on execution, helping leaders anticipate regulatory risks while also ensuring that sourcing offices worldwide have processes in place to operate compliantly and efficiently.
Our Specialty Compliance and Ethics team ensures integrity and accountability across Walmart by delivering compliance expertise, tools, and resources that enable associates to make ethical decisions. We partner with the business to anticipate risks, address regulatory challenges, and create sustainable solutions. In this role, you'll focus on advising and supporting the Sourcing Central Operations team, serving as a connector between business strategy and compliance requirements across global markets.
Act as the compliance advisor and partner to the Sourcing team, ensuring compliance perspectives are embedded in strategic decisions and operational processes.
Assess office expansions, relocations, and process changes to identify regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Anticipate and communicate potential regulatory risks and trends that could impact global sourcing operations.
Connect the right compliance subject matter experts to initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely input.
Partner with leaders to clarify business objectives, challenge assumptions, and highlight compliance implications early in planning.
Support execution by monitoring compliance requirements and coordinating solutions to operational challenges.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership, balancing compliance needs with business strategies.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years' supervisory experience. 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
