What we’re looking for
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Content Producer located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. We’re seeking a creative, resourceful, and highly organized Social Content Producer to launch and manage original shows built for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and the next big social platforms. In this role, you’ll own projects end-to-end—from pre-production and casting, to shoots and post-production—while keeping everything on track, on brand, and optimized for performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances creativity with organization, and knows how to turn ideas into highly engaging, shareable video content.
Responsibilities
Act as the “showrunner” for your series, owning the process from concept to launch
Manage timelines, budgets, staffing, and deliverables to ensure projects hit deadlines
Lead pre-production : research, scripting, casting / talent sourcing, crew coordination, and locations
Produce and direct shoots, working closely with talent on- and off-camera
Collaborate with editors and provide clear, constructive creative feedback
Build and oversee a network of freelancers and collaborators
Drive branded campaigns from ideation through delivery
Monitor performance and adapt content based on audience growth and engagement trends

Always online, always spotting what’s next in culture and content
Qualifications
3+ years of production experience, ideally in digital / social video
Strong project management skills with proven ability to oversee multiple pipelines
Demonstrated success in producing shareable, high-performing social content
Deep familiarity with TikTok trends and Gen Z content styles (your FYP is your proof!)
Strong creative feedback skills and a sharp sense of timing / pacing in video
Content creator experience is a big plus
Salary Range
$70,000 - $85,000. Subject to further discussion based on qualifications and experience.
