Pediatrics department, Monday-Friday schedule, Anderson, IN hospital. Responsibilities include assisting with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a provider, performing treatments ordered by the provider, performing select clinical duties, interviewing patients, measuring vital signs, preparing treatment rooms, performing basic clerical duties, managing materials, maintaining a clean and orderly environment, documenting provider encounters, listing diagnoses and symptoms, and transcribing patient orders.

Requirements include BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date, Medical Assistant obtained within 3 months of hire date or job transfer date, and high school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience. Required professional licensure / certification can be used in lieu of education or experience.
