Our client in Lancaster is seeking assistance at their facility with loading trailers. This position starts ASAP. Resume and forklift experience required, see details below.

Job Title : Loader

Department : Warehouse

Location : Lancaster, PA

Pay Rate : $20.25 / hour, increase $21.25 / hour effective 11 / 1 / 2025

Schedule : MondayFriday, 6 : 00 PM to 2 : 00 AM (with potential weekend overtime) Assignment Length : 60 days, possibility to go long term

Position Overview

The Loader is responsible for executing warehouse duties in alignment with company standards for quality, safety, cost efficiency, housekeeping, and sanitation.

Trailer Loading Responsibilities

• Receive and manage Load / Peelie Sheets
• Complete Trailer Inspection Reports
• Load pallets using forklift and scan pallet HUs via SAP
• Ensure proper documentation and labeling of pallets
• Air bag or log and sticker loads per customer requirements
• Release trailers to drivers as needed
• Assist palletizer operator with staging packaging supplies
• Load palletizer with empty pallets
