Accounts Payable Analyst

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst for a contract position lasting 10-12 months.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounts payable including invoice processing, account reconciliation, and payment execution

Automate accounts payable workflows using Power Automate and other tools to enhance efficiency

Utilize Workday ERP for accounts payable processing, reporting, and integration support during data migration

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable with a focus on automating workflows

Proficiency in Workday, Power Automate, and advanced Excel

Experience in streamlining and improving accounts payable operations

Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting during Pacific Standard Time hours

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred, but not required with relevant experience
