A company is looking for a Compliance Complaints Manager to oversee its Compliance Complaints Program for all products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and own the compliance complaint program, ensuring timely investigation and response to regulatory complaints
Prepare monthly complaint reports and executive summaries for presentation to bank partners and internal committees
Interface with business lines and partners to identify issues, trends, and remediation of compliance risks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in compliance-related matters for a bank, fintech, or similar institution
Experience handling customer complaints, particularly elevated regulatory complaints
Ability to lead a team and operate in a fast-paced environment
Basic SQL understanding is a strong plus
