Senior Finance Manager

As a Senior Finance Manager Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the design, development, and delivery of assigned financial domains. Provide consultation, strategic insight, and recommendations on Workday, Cora and SUS financial system processes. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of solutions, from concept to delivery, and ensuring that financial processes align with company standards and regulatory requirements, including compliance with government standards (e.g., SOX). The Senior Finance Manager Domain Architect will identify process gaps, and drive integration testing, standardization, and functional validation before rollout.

Business Strategy :

• Focus on strategic assessment and establishment of financial processes and standards for the assigned financial domain, collaborating with business and senior stakeholders.
• Guide and deliver solutionsthat meet business requirements, prove the feasibility of the design / process that can be ultimately implemented and supported in Production environment at scale.
• Leverage deep expertise in the financial domain to translate business strategies and requirements into solutions for Sysco's various business units (Corp, SBS, OpCo).

Education Required : Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in a Finance-related field
