Job Title : Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Location : Denver, CO / Thornton, CO
Job Type : Full-Time
Salary : Upwards of $95K Depending on Experience - Bonus can range up to 20%+

We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our growing portfolio of commercial construction projects.

Position Summary :
The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager(s) in all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in the construction industry while working on dynamic, high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with project planning, budgeting, and schedulingCoordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clientsReview project documents including drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittalsTrack project progress and help ensure timelines and budgets are metAttend on-site meetings and perform site walks to monitor project activity and qualitySupport the Project Manager with documentation, reporting, and issue resolutionMaintain organized project files and assist with project closeout proceduresQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)1–3 years of experience in commercial construction (internship experience may count)Strong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project)Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsSelf-starter with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license and reliable transportationWhy Join Us?
