What You’ll Do

As a  Staff Accountant , you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll accounting and compliance across our multi-brand, multi-state operations. You’ll collaborate with HR and finance teams to support payroll processing, journal entries, and reconciliations in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile payroll and benefit-related balance sheet account reconciliations
• Prepare bi-weekly payroll-related journal entries and ensure timely period-end close
• Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate accounting of employee benefits
• Assist with payroll processing and compliance across multiple states
• Support internal and external audits related to payroll
• Communicate effectively across all levels in the organization
• Complete other projects and assignments as requested
