Kneaders Bakery & Cafe, located at 5155 E Baseline Rd Gilbert, AZ 85234, is seeking a talented full or part-time Assistant Manager who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team offering unique menu selections from scratch baked bread and pastries to incredible soups, salads, and sandwiches all made with honest, whole ingredients.

As an Assistant Manager, you must demonstrate resilience by leading with leadership techniques from scheduling to inventory, all while providing consistent and exemplary customer service experiences. You should also show respect by actively listening to ideas, concerns, and feedback to collaborate with management teams and customers to make changes and improvements. Lastly, you need to be ready for team building, team development, and career influencing for a team who looks to you as the expert and the person who will help guide individuals to career greatness.

Qualifications for this position include : 1+ year of fast-paced restaurant / retail leadership experience, attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards, and experience with meeting operational goals. You must be at least 18 years of age to be qualified for this position.
